Nia Pryce is the Chief of Staff of Penny Jar Capital and leads strategic operations and ecosystem initiatives. Before joining Penny Jar Capital, Nia spent three years at Forum Ventures, an early-stage venture firm investing in B2B SaaS founders, where she built the firm’s founder engagement systems and sourcing engine from the ground up. Prior to venture, Nia was with The Growcer Inc., an agriculture-technology start-up, where she led marketing and community development, helping the founders scale from 8 to more than 35 employees.
Nia brings a commitment to connecting people, building scalable systems, and driving measurable impact to Penny Jar founders, investors, and partners.
Nia holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Ottawa.
