Prior to founding Penny Jar, Bryant was President of SC30 Inc., the off-court business of two-time NBA MVP and four-time NBA Champion, Stephen Curry. He architected a strategic ecosystem of brand partnerships, philanthropy and media, and curated a blue-chip investment portfolio. Bryant is an early investor in companies such as Guild Education, Miro and Noyo. Previously, Bryant founded an enterprise SaaS company providing a marketing platform for brands and their ambassadors, and held multiple finance roles at Nike.
Bryant has a deep understanding of the leadership and teamwork it takes to build transformative companies. As a relationship-driven firm, Bryant taps Penny Jar’s collective networks to make connections and create opportunities for founders as they build the category-leading companies of the future.
Bryant holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated from Davidson College, where he met his then college sweetheart and now wife. As a shooting guard for the Davidson Wildcats, Barr and the team earned a spot in the Elite 8 of the NCAA Tournament. Bryant is husband to Brittany Barr and a busy dad to their four children.
